About Me
ABOUT ME
Fifteen years in, I still work from the belief I started with in my first classroom: a program is only as good as the person delivering it. I've taught and facilitated literacy, SEL, and college-readiness programming directly in an estimated 50 NYC schools, from pre-K through 12th grade, before moving into curriculum and PD leadership.
15+ years in K-12 education, from direct classroom facilitation to leading programs at scale
Currently Senior Program Manager at LEAP, managing 50 school partnerships and up to 100 teaching artists serving up to 20,000 students, and redesigning signature programs, including LEAP Literacy, using participant and survey data
Since 2019, I’ve designed and led professional development for the NYC Department of Education and nonprofit teams, shaping each session around educator feedback
Coached high schoolers and families through college and career readiness with Junior Jumpstart
Began in 2010 facilitating SpellRead, a literacy program for students with learning disabilities, then led early childhood movement programming with Kinderdance
Every program: equity-centered, trauma-informed, and built around real classroom data

I lead cross-functional programs across education, nonprofit, and corporate spaces—bringing clarity, structure, and vision to every initiative. At LEAP, I manage 100+ teaching artists and 40+ school partnerships, overseeing operations, vendor coordination, event production, and stakeholder communication. Whether I’m using Salesforce to streamline data or mapping a full-scale literacy residency, I bring a strategic eye and a human-centered approach to everything I manage.

I’ve created dozens of project-based curricula focused on SEL, academic achievement, and college/career readiness—first as a Success Coach, and now as a leader in learning. I’ve also developed and facilitated professional development for educators, administrators, and nonprofit professionals, integrating trauma-informed practices and UX design principles to make learning engaging and accessible for all.
