I’ve built and led programs that support over 10,000 learners annually, train leaders, and bring wellness and learning into classrooms, companies an communities.
15+ years of experience delivering programs across schools, nonprofits, and brands
Currently a Program Manager at LEAP, overseeing 40+ public school partnerships and 100+ teaching artists
Began in 2011, with Instructional Design as a Success Coach, designing project-based curricula focused on SEL, academic support, and college/career readiness
In 2019, I developed and led professional developments for the Department of Education and Creative Connections
By 2021, I managed and facilitated activations for Fortune 500 companies such as Reebok, Kirkland & Ellis, Bombas, Athleta, GirlBoss, and more
All experiences are custom-built: aligned to learning goals, equity-centered, trauma-informed, and outcome-driven
